It’s time to make movies! These School Holidays you can learn how to make your very own short film with the pros from Perfect Light Film Festival!

Lights, Camera, Play allows children and teens to let their imaginations run wild, explore film making techniques with the industry pros, learn the basics of storyboarding and acting - all before making their way in-front and behind the camera to shoot their very own movies.

The workshops allow children to be as expressive as they like with their short films, guided by industry professionals from the Perfect Light Film Festival. Once the workshops are over, kids will have all the skills to continue their exploration of movie making at home with their own devices.

DATES: Monday 11 April and Tuesday 12 April

TIMES:

Monday 11 April - 2x 2 hour workshops

10am - 12pm
2pm - 4pm

Tuesday 12 April - 1x 2 hour workshop

10am - 12pm

WORKSHOP CAPACITY: Each workshop has a capacity limit of 12 children, please purchase a ticket for each child via Eventbrite here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/manage/events/302323617077/details

COST: Free!

WHAT TO BRING: If you wish to bring a notebook to take notes and your own phone, camera or recording device, please do. We will have all equipment ready for the class!
