In this workshop, participants are introduced to the 7 main chakras (energy centres) of our body and how they relate to our emotions, colours, senses, and more. This basic understanding creates a framework for connecting with Crystals.

After learning about the Chakras, a selection of Crystals will be introduced that relate to each Chakra. Keywords and concepts for each Crystal will be offered for the purpose of self-discovery, reading the energy of a situation, journaling and meditation.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to identify up to 30 crystals and their properties for a range of emotional and spiritual purposes. No medical advice will be offered and only properties relating to emotional and spiritual uses will be discussed.

Jo Avalon has been selling Crystals for over 10 years and has developed her own technique for identifying and reading energy using crystals.  Her information is based on discussion with others, observation and personal experience.  This workshop is offered at a beginner’s level and designed for hands-on enjoyment.

For wheelchair/disability access their is an elevator that can be accessed from the street level on Chloride Street. to the left of the stair access and through the glass doors. Once inside please select 'G' to access the Front Foyer and onto the June Bronhill Auditorium.

There is also a ramp on the Blended Street side of the venue that allows access directly to the Front Foyer via automatic doors at the top of the ramp.

There are three access carpark on Blende Street directly alongside the venue.
