WIRES Community Information Session
WIRES are coming to Broken Hill!
After dutifully serving the Broken Hill region for over 30 years, local wildlife rescue organisation RRANA has sadly ceased operations. WIRES has been selected by National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) to form a new branch in Broken Hill so we may continue RRANA’s legacy by rescuing and rehabilitating local native wildlife. We will be commencing operations in the upcoming months in the region and invite you to get involved.
We will be hosting a community information session on Thursday 22 August 2024 from 6.30pm and invite all interested residents to come along to learn more about WIRES, how we will operate in the area and how to get involved.
Light refreshments will be available.
