DRAFT Customer Service Framework - On Public Exhibition

Council resolved, at its Ordinary Meeting held 26 June 2024, to place the draft Customer Service Framework on public exhibition for comment.

The public exhibition period will close at midnight (ACST) on Friday 2nd August 2024.

Written submissions regarding Council’s Draft documents should be addressed to the General Manager and forwarded via email to council@brokenhill.nsw.gov.au or by mail to the PO Box 448, Broken Hill.

Please note: Submissions may be published in Council Business Papers. All personal identifying information will be redacted from submissions prior to publishing in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 and Council’s adopted Privacy Management Plan.
