DRAFT Footway Restaurant Settings Policy

Council resolved, at its Ordinary Council Meeting held 26 March 2025, to place the Draft Footway Restaurant Settings Policy on public exhibition for 28 days and will accept submissions up to 28 days from the first day of Public Exhibition.

Public Exhibition commenced on 28 March 2025 and will conclude on 26 April 2025. Council will accept submissions on the Draft Policy up until midnight 26 April 2025. 

Written submissions regarding Council’s Draft Policies should be addressed to the General Manager and forwarded via email to council@brokenhill.nsw.gov.au or by mail to the PO Box 448, Broken Hill.

Please note: Submissions may be published in Council Business Papers. All personal identifying information will be redacted from submissions prior to publishing in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 and Council’s adopted Privacy Management Plan.
