RENEWAL OF MINING LEASE CML4
In satisfaction of Condition 1 of the Instrument of Renewal for Consolidated Mining Lease No 4 (1973) (“CML 4”) held by Perilya Broken Hill Limited (ACN 099 761 289), notice is given to landholders within CML 4 that CML 4 has been renewed by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development – NSW Resources – Mining Exploration and Geoscience for a period ending 23 June 2045.
CML 4 covers a total area of 278.4 hectares, includes a surface exception of 15.24 metres in part, 20 metres in part, 30.48 metres in part, and the surface only in another part, with depth restrictions of 15 metres in part and 15.24 metres in another part, and is located approximately 3.19 kilometres east north east of Broken Hill in the State of New South Wales within the Parish of Picton, in the County of Yancowinna.
The lease area embraces all land described in the lease plan titled D6184R. A diagram of the land subject to CML 4 is included below. A more detailed diagram (lease plan D101061840) can be found at the following website:
