RENEWAL OF MINING LEASE CML8
In satisfaction of Condition 1 of the Instrument of Renewal for Consolidated Mining Lease No 8 (1973) (“CML 8”) held by Perilya Broken Hill Limited (ACN 099 761 289), notice is given to landholders within CML 8 that CML 8 has been renewed by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development – NSW Resources – Mining Exploration and Geoscience for a period ending 29 June 2045.
CML 8 covers a total area of 485.4 hectares, includes a surface exception of 15.24 metres in part, 21.335 metres in part, 60.96 metres in part, and 76.2 metres in another part, with a depth restriction of 15.24 metres in part, and is located approximately 2.70 kilometres south south west of Broken Hill in the State of New South Wales within the Parishes of Picton and Soudan, in the County of Yancowinna.
The lease area embraces all land described in the lease plan titled D6195R. A diagram of the land subject to CML 8 is included below. A more detailed diagram (lease plan D101061950) can be found at the following website:
