Council advises construction work for the Town Square Redevelopment Project will commence on Monday, 19 August 2024 and is expected to be completed by Thursday, 30 January 2025.
This project is part of Council’s strategy to improve public facilities around the CBD of Broken Hill as part of the Broken Hill CBD Master Plan.
There will be some construction noise, construction plant and periodic barriers placed during the work. All members of the public are required to follow traffic management instructions, including any partial detour(s). Some carparking spaces will be affected.
